  I really wouldn't recommend at all. I ordered a soup - confirming before hand that it wasnt spicy at all - when I received it, it was too spicy for me (which I know is a risk with thai food even when you specify). I polietly asked if they could add a little more cocunut milk to cool it down a bit, which they said wasnt a problem. 5 minutes or so later the waitress came and served my dish to the table next to me. I figured theyd ordered the same thing. They seemed a bit confused and confirmed with her it was what they ordered. A little while later that table called over the waitress and explained that wasnt what they ordered. Realizing their mistake they picked it up and served it to me (I have no idea if they had touched it or tried any - pretty unsanitary and off putting). Then I looked at the dish and it appeared not to be creamy at all anymore. It looked like they had poured out some of the soup and put water in it. I tasted it and it was just as spicy, but you couldnt taste the cocunut milk anymore -it was not good at all. I ended up sharing my boyfriends dish (which was okay) and we paid for both our meals. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had in a restauraunt; I was just so surprised how normal it seemed to them. It was like a domino effect. This is the first time I've ever reviewed a restauraunt - this experience really motivated me to say something.

  I promised them I write a good review for them and here it is. The BEST Thai restaurant I have been to, service incredibly attentionate and the food is just PERFECT. Duck Laksa is a must try. Probably the only decent Restaurant in town. Shame on Katoomba (I know as this is where I live).

  ......WARNING..... This Restaurant has changed hands and is under new ownership. The owner has a chain of Thai Restaurants serving generic dishes, all of which lack taste and are just quick and simple to prepare. Anyone who visited this establishment prior to July last year, please heed this warning and go elsewhere. Those who have attended recently (-> July 2014), you should be aware so don't worry. In a few words, Don't go back!
