  Had a double appointment for 2 fillings and a clean and scale. The dentist brought in a "specialist" to discuss crowns/veneers. (I never asked to see them).
  
  Hard sell for 20 mins for me to spend 1000s of dollars.
  
  Finally got round to the fillings and the clean. Clean was a hack job, fillings were badly filled, the tooth surface is rough and the bite uneven.
  
  I needed to buy some whitening gel as mine had run out. $40 per syringe at other dentists, $49 for three syringes online.
  
  The receptionist tried to charge me $500!
  
  There are other dentists in katoomba. I would check them out first.

  Having a tooth cave in, I had to get an appointment in a hurry because my chemo therapy was starting two days later. My regular dentist insisted to want to sell me two days of treatment - two days that I did not have available to me. I was stuck. When I rang Integrated Dental Health and explained my situation, they moved heaven and earth to see me right away. The staff was a pleasure to be around with their natural manor and friendliness - someone even brought me a herbal tea while I was waiting (I did not ask for it). Henriette is a very gentle and careful dentist and I new of her good work from others that directed me to her. I was lucky to find that clinic and I am grateful to have found a very good dentist that is also a very good person who is surrounded by great staff. Thank you all so much.
