    As I walked to the desk I was abruptly told "What do you want"? I couldn't believe or understand the rudeness of this woman.

    If only I had read the reviews here I wouldn't have even bothered entering the shop.

    Absolutely appalling customer service from the beginning, completely interrupting everything I was saying, didn't listen to a single world and basically got the feeling that she didn't care.

    Had a lovely time in the Blue Mountains but this woman and her business should be avoided at all costs if you wish to have a nice time up here.
